Turn Clutter On or Off

  1. Sign in to Outlook Web App.
    At the top left corner of the page, select the App launcher App launcher button icon, and then select Mail.

  2. On the top right corner of the page, go to Settings Settings: update your profile, install software and connect it to the cloud > Options > Mail > Automatic processing > Clutter.

  3. Check the box next to Separate items identified as Clutter to turn Clutter ON

    Uncheck the box next to Separate items identified as Clutter to turn Clutter OFF 

  4. Click Save Save
