Add shared teammate calendar to your calendar

If you do not see the calendar a teammate has shared to you, follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Go to google.com/calendar 
  2. Click the downward facing arrow to the right of Other calendars and click Add a coworker's calendar



  3. Enter the email address of the coworker whose calendar you want to view and click Add
  4. You will now see the person's calendar show up on the left side
