Freshbooks allows you to pay your invoices with Bank transfer or credit/debit card payments.
If you choose to pay using a credit/debit card, you can setup auto pay. This will allow Freshbooks to automatically apply payment to future invoices when they become due, thus eliminating the need for you to continuously pay your invoices manually.
To setup auto pay go to your Freshbooks account and follow the steps below:
- Click on Profile at the top right corner and click Automatic Payments:
- Click on Add payment or Change Card to add or update your payment information:
Your auto pay should now be setup. If you notice your future invoices fail to be paid with auto pay 7 to 14 days after becoming due, please submit a support request so we can assist.
